What happens if I want to cancel an order?

At Customized we strive to fulfil our orders in the shortest possible lead time.

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.Costs are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork origination and digitisation, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with our wholesale suppliers which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, Customized Ltd reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.


At Customized Ltd we value our customers and always set out to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for inspection. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “Customised goods or goods made to a customer’s specification”.

You can create links to the Site but you should:

  • only create links from websites owned by you;
  • only create the link in a way that is fair and lawful and does not damage, cause likelihood of damage to, or take advantage of, our reputation;
  • not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists;

Product Quality

All manufacturers washing or cleaning instructions must be followed. All items may fade with repeated washing and we recommend that printed items are washed by hand.


All our prices are quoted inclusive of V.A.T where appropriate. In the event of a price change from our suppliers we may need to adjust prices accordingly.  International orders do not attract United Kingdom V.A.T.


Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Pro RTXmay differ to a medium by Russell. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, contained within the product description.

This will give you the information you need to make a decision on the sizes you wish to order that product in. Once a garment is personalised we can only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not measure within the sizing information found within the product description. If you receive garments that do not comply with the stated measurements then please contact our customer service department who will be happy to try and resolve any issues you may have.

Please Note, All personalised items from Customized Ltd are made to order; this includes items purchased from our “pre-designed” section or items purchased through affiliated merchandise stores.

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.

Any refund once agreed would be returned to the Credit/Debit card used for the purchase or a transfer to the bank account used for the original purchase.
